每人一日只得24小時,有人慨嘆生活只剩下工作,有人卻利用有限的時間創出無限的可能,在事業上創下一番成就。想提升工作效率,不妨看看Bright Side所製作的影片,想一想你在工作時有做齊以下6件事?

1. 懂得把事情分緩急輕重

「盲頭烏蠅」在不同的待辦事情中忙得「陀陀令」, 做事有效率的人卻懂得把事情按緩急輕重分類,將待辦事情按先後次序排列,務求在有限的時間內把事情處理好。

2. 凡事審慎回應

身為打工仔,未必能對上司的委託或客戶的要求「say no」,但記緊要審慎考慮自己能否在限期前完成接下來的工作,隨便的一句「yes」不但增加工作量,未能履行承諾更會失信於人,「口行行大隻廣」!

3. 成果說明一切

白忙一族會邊幹活邊埋怨自己「沒有時間」,辦事有生產效率的人卻只會默默的做事,花心力實事求是。「種瓜得瓜,種豆得豆」,時間會說明一切,花時間幹實事的人會得到更高的成就。

4. 把時間用在重要的事情

時間就是金錢,做事有效率的人明白時間有限的道理,故此只能把時間投資在重要的事情上,務求用最小的投資獲得最大的回報。

5. 為客戶做事

「先安內後攘外」,「好打」的打工仔除了能把老細交託的事情妥善的處理,亦需要為老細「打天下」,跟公司的客戶建立良好的關係。人脈是財富之一,值得花時間投資和經營。要事業更上一層樓,不妨多為客戶做點事情吧!

6. 坐而起行

正所謂「100個人有100個意見」,與其「左問右問」,不如坐而起行!想提升生產效率,每當遇到難題時,不妨冷靜分析問題糾結的根源,下定論之後便歇盡全力去實行吧!
